IDAN AMEDI
Idan Amedi is an award-winning Israeli singer-songwriter, musician, and actor who has received significant recognition and numerous achievements in Israel and around the world.
His musical journey began with his participation in the talent show A Star is Born, where he performed his self-composed song Soldiers’ Pain’ reflecting his military experiences.
In 2017, Amedi joined the cast of the popular Netflix TV series Fauda, which also features one of his songs as its theme.
On October 7, Idan Amedi was called to duty and promptly began his service in Gaza., Amedi was seriously wounded in an explosion which killed six Israeli soldiers from his Engineering Corps reserve unit, sustaining severe injuries, and underwent a long rehabilitation process.
Now fully recovered, Idan—one of Israel’s most beloved artists—is preparing to return to the stage in Israel, followed by an upcoming tour in the USA accompanied by his eight-piece band!
